Fully Financed Litigation is the original and classic litigation finance product. In this model:
- LCM will agree to take on all costs associated with the litigation, such as solicitor’s fees, barrister’s fees, independent expert fees and court fees
- LCM will also provide an indemnity to cover any adverse cost judgments should the claim be unsuccessful
- LCM will receive an agreed percentage of amounts recovered plus reimbursement of all costs should the claim be successful
